Hi I updated my new laptop I got in May to Windows ten from 8.1. I couldn't connect to internet so tried a few basic things.I disabled and re-enabled network adapter drivers.tried commands in command prompt to reset ip .noting works I have noticed that ipv4 and 6 are not connected I looked this up and have tried command prompts for this. downloaded drivers from hp laptop manufacturers site No VPN detected.
